Anti-Fraud Notice

We have recently received reports of individuals impersonating KDAN or using spoofed caller IDs to conduct fraudulent calls or unauthorized solicitations. To help protect the integrity of your communications with us, please review the guidance below.

1. These incidents are not related to KDAN’s security systems

Caller ID spoofing and brand impersonation are common tactics used in external fraud attempts. These activities do not indicate any issues or data exposure within KDAN’s infrastructure. KDAN adheres to international security standards, including ISO 27001 and GDPR, and remains committed to safeguarding our systems and customer information.

2. KDAN will never ask you to perform any of the following actions over the phone:

• Provide your personal information, passwords, or verification codes;

• Provide your bank account or credit card details;

• Ask you to transfer, remit, or make any financial transactions;

• Install any third-party software or remote-access tools;

• Participate in unofficial messaging groups; or

• Other similar conducts.

Any phone call or message containing such requests is not from KDAN. To protect the security of your personal information, please remain cautious against any potential scams and do not answer unknown phone calls or messages. If you receive any such calls or messages, please contact us ,or call the 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline for further assistance if you are based in Taiwan.

3. How to verify official communication from KDAN

When you receive an unfamiliar call or message, please make sure to verify its authenticity through the following official sources:

4. What to do if you receive a suspicious call or message

(1) End the communication immediately (2) Do not share any personal or financial information (3) Verify the contact through KDAN’s official support channels (4) Users in Taiwan may reach the 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline for additional assistance
